Refund
Sometimes, we can be a bit impulsive and place an order without much thought. :) First and foremost, you always have the right to cancel your purchase under the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act, which grants you as a consumer a 14-day right of withdrawal. On the Swedish Consumer Agency’s website, you’ll find a withdrawal form. The withdrawal period begins the day after you, as a consumer, have received the item. As a customer of GDSButiken, you can always cancel your purchase within the specified time frame.
We kindly ask that you return the item in unused condition, including any accompanying accessories. You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping cost when exercising your right of withdrawal. The easiest way to return an item is to first contact us via email at kundtjanst@gdsbutiken.se. You will then receive instructions on how to return the item and details on the refund process.
Please package your return carefully. Regardless of the reason for return, the item must be packed so that neither the item nor the packaging is damaged. We recommend sending the item as “registered mail” as we are not responsible for shipments lost in transit.
Returns sent with cash on delivery or payment on delivery will not be accepted, and the purchase will be considered completed in such cases.
Warranty Claim
If we have made a mistake and sent a damaged product or the wrong item, we sincerely apologize and want you to contact us so we can make it right.
Report the issue as soon as possible, but no later than within 2 months (as a private individual) from the time you discovered or should have discovered the defect. The complaint period is up to 3 years depending on the nature of the product and any warranty commitment.
If you, as a business customer, receive a damaged product or the wrong item, you should report the issue as soon as possible after receiving the item.
In case of defects, we will reimburse the return shipping cost as well as the amount paid for the damaged or incorrectly delivered item, provided we cannot send you a replacement item within a reasonable time. This applies to both private individuals and businesses. The damaged or incorrectly sent item must be returned in the same packaging and via the same carrier as it was received, along with a detailed description of the defect.

Returns with cash on delivery will not be accepted.
GDS Butiken follows the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
Transport Damage
Sometimes damages occur during transport… A transport damage must be reported immediately (on the day of delivery) to the carrier and to GDS Butiken via email.
Never accept a package that appears damaged. If you discover the damage only after opening the package, report the issue immediately to the carrier as well as to us using the email address above.
Things to keep in mind: Carriers usually have very strict documentation requirements for reporting transport damages. In the case of a return, the buyer assumes the risk of any transport damage during the return shipment, so make sure to pack the item carefully.
